3, if the working environment is wet and wet, in the disassembly handling vulcanizing machine, should be on the ground with items pad, do not let the vulcanizing machine contact with water directly;
4, if in the process of use, due to improper operation of the heating plate water, should first contact the manufacturer for maintenance. If emergency repair is needed, the upper cover of the heating plate can be opened, the water is poured out first, and then the electric control box is set for manual operation, heated to 100℃, kept at a constant temperature for half an hour, the line is dried, and the belt is bonded under manual condition. At the same time, the manufacturer should be contacted in time for the overall replacement of the line.
5, vulcanizing machine in a long time do not need to use the case, should be every half a month to heat the heating plate (temperature is set at 100℃), keep the temperature for half an hour or so.
6. At the end of each use, the water in the water plate should be discharged clean, especially in winter, if the water can not be discharged clean, often lead to premature aging of the rubber skin of the water plate, and the service life of the water plate is reduced;
The correct way to release water is, after the end of curing heat preservation, curing machine is not disassembled before. If the water is discharged after the machine is disassembled, the water in the hydraulic pressure plate may not be discharged completely.
