Produt Introduction:
GLOMRO circulating high temperature oil bath supports both water and oil medium, equipped with internal and external circulation functions and PID intelligent constant-temperature control system. It is a constant-temperature heating device for laboratories, chemical, biological, environmental-protection industries to match reaction kettles and rotary evaporators. The unit outputs high-temperature heat-transfer medium externally to deliver stable heat source for external experimental devices, widely used in synthetic reaction, distillation, concentration, constant-temperature aging and other experimental applications.

Product Functions & Advantages:
The circulating high-temperature oil bath provides heat source for various heating equipment. It can work independently or be paired with double-layer glass reactors, stainless-steel reactors and enamel reactors for high-temperature reactions. Featuring fast heating, uniform temperature, precise temperature control and rapid cooling performance, it has been widely adopted in laboratories and pilot-scale workshops in recent years.

Working Principle:
Set target temperature via temperature controller. The heating element heats thermal medium inside the tank. The built-in circulating pump transports hot medium through external pipelines to the jacket of matched equipment, so as to heat materials inside reactor indirectly.
This device is generally used together with jacketed equipment such as double-layer glass reactors, stainless-steel reactors and enamel reactors. Connect outlet valve of oil bath to liquid inlet at bottom of reactor, and circulating fluid flows back from liquid outlet on upper part of reactor to oil-bath inlet, forming a complete closed circulation loop.
