Produt Introduction:
The GLOMRO Ultra-micro Spectrophotometer is a high-precision biological detection instrument based on UV-Vis spectrophotometry, designed for rapid concentration and purity analysis of nucleic acids (DNA/RNA), proteins, cell lysates, and other biological samples at extremely low sample volumes (0.5~2 μL).
The instrument uses liquid column surface tension technology, requiring no cuvettes or capillaries. Detection is completed with only 0.5~2μL of sample in under 6 seconds. It is widely applicable in life science research, biopharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics, and food safety.

1. Microvolume Nucleic Acid/Protein Detection
l Wavelength range: 230nm, 260nm, 280nm (three-wavelength model); 190~850nm (full-wavelength model)
l Nucleic acid detection range: 2~15,000 ng/μL (dsDNA)
l Protein detection range: 0.05~400 mg/mL (BSA)
2. OD600 Bacterial Culture Detection
l Equipped with OD600 optical path detection system and cuvette detection module
l Directly measures bacterial culture concentration
l Absorbance range: 0~4 Abs; stability/repeatability ≤ 1%
3. Fluorescence Nucleic Acid Quantification
l Fluorescent dyes specifically bind to target substances
l DNA/RNA detection limit as low as 0.5 pg/μL (dsDNA)
lLinearity R² > 0.995; repeatability/stability < 1.5%
