Desktop Plastic Extruder
Product Overview:
This series of bench-top laboratory extruders includes two main types: water-cooled single-screw extruders and double-screw extruders. They are compact precision extrusion testing equipment designed for university laboratories, new material R&D institutions, plastic modification manufacturers and chemical research institutes.
Featuring small footprint, the machines support melt plasticization, formula adjustment and process parameter testing of various polymer materials. By connecting auxiliary units including cooling water tanks, haul-off units and pelletizers, users can build mini production lines for pelletizing, film, sheet and pipe trial production. The equipment delivers convenient lab operation while reproducing industrial extrusion principles accurately, serving as standard testing apparatus for polymer material research & development.
