Product Overview:
The oil-free diaphragm vacuum pump is a mainstream oil-free vacuum pump type, with an elastic diaphragm as its core working component. Reciprocating diaphragm motion enables gas intake and discharge, and no lubricating oil is needed for pump body sealing or lubrication. As an eco-friendly alternative to traditional oil-sealed rotary vane pumps, it is widely used in laboratories, chemical engineering, biomedicine, food processing and other scenarios requiring oil-free vacuum environments.
Working principle:
The elastic diaphragm inside the pump body is driven by the eccentric wheel driven by the motor, undergoing high-frequency reciprocating deformation:
1. Inhalation stage: The diaphragm protrudes outward, increasing the volume of the pump chamber and creating negative pressure. External gas is drawn into the pump chamber through the one-way valve at the intake port.
2. Exhalation stage: The diaphragm contracts inward, reducing the volume of the pump chamber and increasing the pressure. The gas inside the chamber is expelled through the one-way valve at the exhaust port.
3. The one-way conducting characteristic of the one-way valve ensures that the gas can flow in only one direction. Continuous reciprocation can form a stable vacuum degree.
