Principle:

The working principle of SA2 series high-temperature atmosphere furnace: the temperature measuring element thermocouple converts temperature into electrical signals (voltage) and is connected to the microcomputer temperature controller. The temperature controller compares this signal with the programmed set value and the microcomputer generates a control signal based on the size, positive or negative value, and time of the difference between the measured value and the set value. This signal is used to drive the electrical components (power module) to achieve the goal of controlling the furnace chamber temperature. It adopts a high-precision PID program for the entire process, automatic control, and digital display of furnace temperature and process information. The SA2 series high-temperature atmosphere furnace is divided into three models according to the different types of heating elements used, namely the 1200 type, 1400 type, and 1700 type.
The 1200 type atmosphere furnace mainly uses resistance wire as the heating element. The 1400 type atmosphere furnace mainly uses silicon carbide rods as the heating element. The 1700 type atmosphere furnace mainly uses silicon molybdenum rods as the heating element.
In addition, the SA2 series high-temperature atmosphere furnace can be used for sintering under different atmosphere protection or vacuum conditions according to customer needs.

Structure:

The furnace chamber can be filled with inert gases, nitrogen gas, or evacuated. This makes the oxygen content in the workpiece's surroundings as low as possible, suitable for industrial and mining enterprises to perform atmosphere protection sintering and atmosphere reduction. The atmosphere furnace is equipped with various valves, flowmeters, and pressure gauges according to the needs. The furnace body has good sealing and the vacuum degree can reach -0.1MPa. The operation is simple and the loading and unloading are convenient.
