Working principle of magnetic stirring high-pressure reactor:
1. The main sealing port of high-pressure reactor adopts A-type double-wire sealing, and the other sealing points adopt the sealing form of circular arc surface to plane, circular arc surface to circular arc surface line contact. Depending on the high precision and finish of the contact surface, good sealing effect can be achieved.
2. The cover of the high-pressure reaction kettle is equipped with pressure gauge, bursting film safety device, vapor liquid valve, temperature sensor, etc., which is convenient to know the reaction situation in the kettle at any time, adjust the proportion of the medium in the kettle, and ensure safe operation.
3. The top of the sleeve is equipped with a speed measuring coil. When the integrated agitator rotates with the inner magnetic ring, the speed measuring coil generates an induced electromotive force, which is corresponding to the stirring speed.
