Produt Introduction:
The GLOMRO maintenance-free LED explosion-proof light adopts an integrated structural design. It is specially developed for flammable and explosive hazardous locations, featuring explosion-proof, anti corrosion, water-proof and dust proof, long service life and maintenance free performance. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, coal mining and other industries.

Application Scope:

Structural Features:
1. Housing Material: High-quality die-cast aluminum alloy with high-voltage electrostatic spraying surface treatment for good corrosion resistance and explosion-proof performance.
2. Light Source: Imported LED chips with high luminous efficiency, good color rendering, low light decay, flicker-free output and ultra-long service life for maintenance-free operation with low follow-up operational cost.
3. Modular Assembly: Modular-designed light source unit, reflector unit and power supply module for easy replacement and lower maintenance expenses.
4. Heat Dissipation: Hollowed out heat dissipation structure combined with integrated construction delivers outstanding thermal performance.
5. Fasteners: Stainless steel screws for rust-proof and anti-corrosion performance.
6. Sealing: Scientific sealing structure with custom made sealing strips and embedded installation mode, providing reliable water-proof and dust-proof performance for harsh working conditions.
