Vertical freezing grinder


       The multi-channel vertical freezing grinding instrument is an efficient sample grinding device that can handle multiple samples simultaneously. It is widely used in both scientific research and industrial fields.


Working principle:


       The multi-channel vertical freezing grinding instrument usually operates in a vertical vibration mode. It uses a motor to drive the grinding platform to perform high-frequency reciprocating movements in three dimensions (up and down, left and right). Under this motion, the grinding beads in the grinding jar exert high-frequency impacts, shearing, and friction on the sample, thereby grinding the sample into fine particles. At the same time, the instrument is equipped with a built-in refrigeration system, which can lower the sample temperature to a low level, causing the tough or heat-sensitive samples to become brittle and facilitating the grinding process.
